Accessibility at SACHI.LA

We want everyone to be able to browse our shop, order drinks and find us, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control.

Our goal: our websites aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we build to WCAG 2.2 AA where we can.

How we test:
- A keyboard-only walkthrough of every task: menu, product pages, cart, ordering and finding our hours and location
- Screen reader checks with VoiceOver and Safari on Mac and iPhone, and NVDA and Chrome on Windows
- Automated scans with axe, used alongside manual testing, not instead of it
- A retest after every theme, menu or app change

What we know isn't perfect yet: our drink-ordering site runs on Square Online. Some parts of it come from Square and we can't change them ourselves, including pinch-to-zoom on phones and some pop-up labels. We've reported these to Square. In the meantime, please call or email us and we'll take your order directly.
